Port Huron, Michigan September, 2004 The Thomas A. Edison 125th Birthday Celebration.
The engine was on display at the Thomas Edison Depot Museum and made short runs along the Saint Clair River.
The Thomas Edison Depot Museum is housed inside the historic Fort Gratiot depot built in 1858 by the Grand Trunk Railway. It is the actual depot that Thomas Edison worked out of as a news butcher between 1859 and 1863. The Museum is located under the Blue Water Bridge near the site where the Saint Clair River empties into Lake Huron.
One of the highlights of the visits is using the engine's steam whistle to salute the huge Great Lakes freighters as they pass under the bridge and hearing their acknowledgments and return salutes.
The engine returned to Port Huron for HoboFest, September, 2006, at the Museum.
